Established organization is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative in the greater Pasadena, CA area. Pay ranges from $24-28/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients and customers.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Effectively present and promote the company's services to potential clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and manage an active sales pipeline.
• Develop and sustain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Accurately record all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development.
• Demonstrated success selling services in B2B and/or B2C environments.
• Proven expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management abilities.
• Experience in education services, staffing, consulting, or other service-based industries is a plus.
